We have taken guidance from the Child Protection in Sport Unit and we base our policy on their guildelines and recommendations, we have a policy of continous review of best practice.

Organising clubs and sporting bodies have specific responsibilities and strategies to implement guidelines appropriately for their sports. Instill will work with clubs and event organisers to ensure that specific recommendations are followed and assist in developing procedures as required and approriate to specific situations.

To summerise the key aspects of our implementation of specific policies for child protection:-

• All our staff are CRB checked.
• Individual portrait photography is always conducted with a chaparone.
• Where event coverage is to be provided on the internet – Password protected galleries can be used for added security.
• At events INSTILL Staff will wear identity badges showing their capacity as approved photograpahers.
